“Cycling, rhythm riding specifically, has been a part of my life for several years now. It just feels right. It has seen me in the highest of highs and lowest of lows, but has remained a light in my life. That is something that I want the people around me to feel. Ever since my mom (hi, I love you very much!) took me to my first class, I was hooked. Getting lost in the music and connecting mind body and soul is something that is irreplaceable. I want to be able to share my gifts with my community and make a lasting impact. My hope and goal is that I can share with you the love I have for rhythm riding and to have a good time!
My style is very much a 45 minute party. My goal is to get you dancing, singing, and laughing. Spin should be fun, but don't worry, we are still going to get our butts kicked! I will challenge you and push your limits, but have compassion and acknowledge where we come from.
I am excited to be a part of the Savage community becasue I love how accepting everyone is of people from all walks of life. Compassion is something that I try and practice every day and I feel that this si the placce where compassion thrives. Savage just feels right in my bones. I want to be able to serve my community to the best of my ability. I’m so excited to be able to teach and I cannot wait to meet all of you!”
